How will I receive my digital download?

After purchase, you'll receive a link to download your file directly via email. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders if it doesn't arrive shortly after checkout.
Can I share your resources with others?

No. Your purchase includes a personal use license only. Please do not share, resell, or distribute any files to others. If your team or organization needs multiple licenses, contact us.
Can I request edits or customization to a digital product?

At this time, our digital resources are not customizable. However, we're always open to suggestions for future product updates! In the rare event you notice a mistake or error within a resource, please contact us and provide details so that we can make a correction and send you the revised file.
Do you only offer resources for OTs?

While many of our resources are OT-focused, we also create content relevant to other therapists, educators, and professionals in related fields. Look for tags and descriptions to see who each product is designed for!
What kind of apparel do you sell?

We offer t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items printed through a third-party provider. All designs are created by nOTeworthy Resources with OT (and allied professions) in mind.
How long will it take to receive my apparel order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and demand.
Can I return or exchange apparel if it doesn't fit?

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please refer to sizing charts before purchasing. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and order number so that we can process a replacement at no extra cost to you!
Can I request a customized design or product?

Absolutely! We love creating custom orders. Please contact us with any inquiries regarding revisions to existing designs, product expansions, or custom design orders.
Do you make money from affiliate links?

Yes, we may earn a small commission if you purchase through links we share at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we truly use and love!
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods depending on your location.
Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our digital and print-on-demand products, all sales are final. If you encounter an issue with your order, please reach out so we can make it right!
I never received my product. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive a download email or your package hasn’t arrived, first double-check your email and spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number.
