At nOTeworthy Resources, our goal is to provide high-quality digital resources, educational content, and merchandise that support and inspire. Due to the nature of our products and business model, all sales are final.

1. Digital Products

All digital downloads (including PDFs, templates, and other files) are non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. If you experience any issues with a file (e.g., download error or technical difficulty), please contact us so we can assist.

2. Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Our apparel and merchandise are produced and shipped via a third-party print-on-demand provider. These items are custom made just for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item was sent

• There is a clear manufacturing error

In these cases, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and issue

We’ll work with our production partner to resolve it promptly.

3. Affiliate Products

Items purchased through affiliate links are subject to the return/refund policies of the third-party retailer. We do not manage these transactions directly and cannot offer refunds for affiliate purchases.
