"I Can Dictate a Sentence" is a monthly progress monitoring form to track a student's progress toward dictating a sentence from a verbal model. Twelve themed sentence prompts composed of sight words are provided. The file also includes two separate formats--tri-lined and single-lined, allowing the teacher or therapist to select which is most appropriate for their students. It tracks data on a range of handwriting legibility components including letter formation, sizing, spacing, and line adherence. It also tracks speed (words per minute/letters per minute) and provides an overall legibility score. A monthly graph page is also included to track progress in these areas over time.
