"I Can Copy from Near Point" is a monthly progress monitoring form to track a student's progress toward copying sentences from near point (i.e. paper, notebook, etc.).
 
The file includes a page for each month of the school year with a themed pangram sentence model for every month that includes every letter of the alphabet. Both 1/2" tri-lined and single-lined versions are included. Built-in data tracking allows the teacher or therapist to calculate percentages for letter formation, sizing, spacing, line adherence, and speed (words/letters per minute). An overview data page is also included so you can track each month's data on graphs.
